Jana comes to Phoenix from Maui where she showed her art under the banyan tree in Lahaina as a juried-in member of the Lahaina Arts Society. Her hometown is Albuquerque where she was part-owner of Sumner and Dene gallery, which first opened in San Diego in 1996 and was later moved to Albuquerque where it was a 7000 square feet of space filled with art, furniture and gift items until its retirement in 2024.
