Culinary rising star Chef LT; known for his love for wild chiltepin peppers and bold bright flavors wanted to create a signature salt with us and Frites Street; we immediately said yes. What we didn't know is how amazing the magic was that we were about to create. Quite possibly our favorite flavor combo yet and we think you will agree.
At its core is our signature hand-harvested fleur de sel — delicate, mineral-rich, and bright. Then comes the spice: wild chiltepin peppers, foraged from the Arizona desert and known for their slow-building, citrusy heat. Each flake carries a spark of the wild, balanced with intention.
